Delivering a simplified Microsoft Dynamics 365 offering for a security advisory company.
Akita’ consultants have worked with a cybersecurity advisory company on a Dynamics 365 implementation project to serve their offices across the UK.
The company already had a Dynamics sales CRM solution in place. However, over-customisation of the instance by a previous development partner was proving prohibitive. The number of unnecessary forms and fields that sales and marketing staff had to complete as part of their jobs were slowing them down. This, in turn, was hindering effective use of the CRM.
Dynamics 365 Implementation
Akita was brought in to provide an ‘out-of-the-box’ Dynamics 365 implementation that would effectively function as a reset button for the company’s CRM system. This, it was hoped, would benefit the business’ marketing activities.
Through strategy and dedicated work by Akita’s consultants, we were able to achieve the new Dynamics 365 implementation without interruption to its marketing processes or wider operations. All existing data was successfully migrated to the new Dynamics 365, with relevant fields mapped and unnecessary data discarded.
The result was that post-implementation, the company was ready to continue its sales and marketing activities without losing pace. Now, however, the process of capturing and nurturing leads was substantially simplified.
Our diligence has since earned us further project work and an ongoing Dynamics support agreement to assist users across the business.
