Supporting an in-house CRM team, our consultants were initially engaged to assist with processing urgent Microsoft Dynamics data at a time when other projects were already underway. Working to tight time frames, our consultants were able to undertake the data processing tasks and assist the team to meet the required internal deadlines.
We have subsequently engaged in further strategic work with the company to help it to reduce the size of its Dynamics CRM.
As a historic-trading retailer with a track record of business acquisitions, the company has accrued large amounts of data, much of which is now no longer required. In an age of GDPR, holding on to any such information is a potential business risk.
Our consultants have worked on strategies for accurately filtering and extracting data from the company’s CRM at scale. This has simplified what might have been an unsurmountable manual task and has helped to significantly reduce the amount of data the company holds.
