Challenges For Veterinary Organisation
Operating a suite of Microsoft Dynamics 365 applications, the company faced several issues.
The ongoing efficient performance of their Dynamics 365 system was integral to their operations. Unfortunately, there were questions around the deployment and integration of the application, with a need to establish the efficiency of the setup.

Comprehensive Dynamics 365 Audit
As part of our standard approach to a new support arrangement, Akita began with a thorough Microsoft Dynamics 365 audit. This included assessing key aspects of operations within Dynamics 365, such as sales pipeline, customer support workflows, and field operations processes.
The findings of the audit helped us identify the areas of operations where Dynamics 365 wasn’t currently meeting needs and required optimisation and improvement.
Our consultants were then able to deliver advice and a recommended development roadmap for the onward development of the company’s Microsoft CRM system.
Transition To Akita’s Dynamics 365 Support Service
Following the audit, all documentation from the audit was logged within Akita’s helpdesk system ready to deliver our support service.
This included detailed descriptions of the current setup, how each module is configured, and long-term goals to ensure the system would meet future needs.
Key points of authority were also noted to ensure that only those authorised could request support items that might result in system changes.
The company was then provided with banked support hours that it could draw down as it required for the support of its Dynamics 365 setup.
Migration From HubSpot to ClickDimensions
As a separate project, Akita undertook the veterinary imaging company’s migration from HubSpot to ClickDimensions to support its marketing efforts.
Following consultancy to understand the company’s marketing requirements, we securely exported existing marketing data out of HubSpot, including contacts, campaign history, and analytics.
ClickDimensions was then deployed and integrated with the existing Microsoft Dynamics 365. Care was taken to ensure unified data management between ClickDimensions and Dynamics 365, allowing sales teams to gain the full benefits of marketing data. Contact, campaign and analytics data from HubSpot was then integrated into Dynamics 365 ready for use in ClickDimensions.
Once ready, our Dynamics 365 consultants provided comprehensive training for the company’s marketing team. This included complete coverage of ClickDimensions’ marketing features.
Ongoing support of ClickDimensions has been included with the Dynamics 365 support service to ensure any issues after the transition are dealt with quickly.
