Undertaking a Business Central & Dynamics 365 Audit
Akita conducted a full-scale Solution Ecosystem Audit covering Business Central, Dynamics 365, as well as Power Platform applications. This was to determine that the existing solution was implemented correctly and was being used to its full potential.

Following the audit, Akita now delivers ongoing support for Business Central. Our break/fix helpdesk support assists the company with its day-to-day use of Business Central for finance and operational purposes. This allows the company to maximise the efficiency of its ERP system without disrupting core business activities. Support also ensures that the integration between Business Central and Dynamics 365 Field Service is effective and provides accurate data flow.
