Supporting an in-house Dynamics CRM team, our Dynamics consultants were initially engaged to assist with processing urgent Microsoft Dynamics data at a time when other projects were already underway and the team were low on capacity.
Working to tight time frames, our consultants were able to undertake the data processing tasks required. This assisted the internal teams to meet required legal deadlines, avoiding repercussions for the business.
Ongoing Dynamics CRM Projects
After the successful completion of the initial CRM project, we have subsequently engaged in further strategic work with the company to help it to reduce the size of its Dynamics CRM.
As a historic-trading retailer with a track record of major business acquisitions, the company had accrued large amounts of data - much of which it no longer required. In an age of GDPR, holding on to any such information is a potential business risk. At best it can take up huge volumes of storage; at worst, a data breach can lead to reputational damage for your company.
Our consultants have worked on strategies for accurately filtering and extracting data from the company’s Dynamics CRM at scale. Creating code to undertake the task has simplified what might have been an unsurmountable manual task - completing a project in days that might otherwise stretched to months. It has also has helped to significantly reduce the amount of data the company holds, and thereby remove the associated risk and storage costs.
