The company has recently implemented a contact centre team as a means of driving new enquiries. As part of team management, the company wanted to be able to measure how many leads and prospective clients each member of the team generated, as well as gather data on performance across the team as a whole.
Based on the requirement, we delivered a Power BI sales dashboard solution that integrates with the sales data from Dynamics 365.
The sales dashboard provides information on the three key metric areas: leads to opportunity conversion rates; leads where contact had been made to a client by phone; and opportunities from which the team had been involved and contacted the decision-maker at the client’s company.
By measuring these three KPIs, the impact of the new contact centre team can be gauged.
