About The Role

With over 20 years of experience in digital success solutions, our consultants design, develop, manage, and support business intelligence technologies for organisations across the UK and internationally. We create bespoke solutions using technologies in the Microsoft 365 stack, including SharePoint, the Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps & Portals, Power Pages, Power Automate), Dynamics and Business Central. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional digital support with the highest levels of customer service.

As a Support Consultant within the Business Applications team, you will:

  • Be the first point of contact for the Business Applications team, delivering outstanding customer service to external customers and prospective new business.
  • Provide assistance fielding support tickets on behalf of Business Applications by reviewing, assessing, and allocating tasks received through the Service Desk.
  • Provide valuable project support to the Consultants and Developers within the Business Applications team as they deliver bespoke solutions using the product portfolio, primarily Microsoft Dynamics, Power Platform and SharePoint.
  • Assist as necessary with project delivery to include assigned aspects of:
    • Design and customisation.
    • Project write-ups.
    • Data migration.
    • Monitoring and updating in line with the contract of service.
  • Recognise and develop opportunities for new and existing customers, adding value to their business through efficient and cost-effective solutions.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively with internal and external stakeholders, demonstrating the values of Business Applications through the highest standards of professional conduct.
  • Fulfil other duties, in line with business needs.

Core Skills

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

  • An understanding of core Microsoft products, including Office 365.
  • D365 and Power Platform knowledge, as an end user or in a support setting.
  • Being able to work well both in a team or independently as required.
  • Analytical and creative thinking skills to help customers solve business challenges.
  • Ability to present yourself in a professional manner.

Desirable Skills And Experience

  • Educated to degree level.
  • A good understanding of web-based software and relational databases.
  • An awareness of Microsoft’s Power Platform.
  • Previous experience in a customer support-based role.
